How to request deletion
Email ceo@velorabureau.com with the subject line Velora Data Deletion Request. Include the phone number, email address, or business-account identifier associated with the relevant Velora service, and a brief description of the records you want deleted.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt, verify that the requester is authorised to make the request, identify the relevant service records, and delete or de-identify information where applicable. We will confirm the result through the contact channel used for the request.
Exceptions
Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or a valid legal hold. In those cases, we will retain only what is necessary for that purpose and will not use it for unrelated purposes.
Connected WhatsApp accounts
If a deletion request concerns an authorised Meta WhatsApp connection, deleting Velora's service records does not itself delete records that Meta or the relevant business independently controls. Account owners may also need to use Meta's own account and data-management tools.
