This policy describes how Velora Enterprise handles personal information through Velora websites and its business messaging and onboarding services, including whatsapp.velorabureau.com.
Information we process
Depending on how you use a Velora service, we may process contact and account details you provide, messages and attachments sent to a connected business messaging account, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
For an authorised Meta WhatsApp connection, the service may process the connected business, WhatsApp Business Account, phone-number identifiers, and access credentials supplied through Meta's authorised connection flow. Connector credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the requested service, connect and maintain authorised business messaging integrations, receive and route messages, respond to support or data-rights requests, prevent misuse, and maintain reliable operational records.
How information is protected
Access is limited to authorised service functions and scoped operational contexts. The service applies signed webhook verification, server-side handling of connector credentials, input validation, audit controls, and retention safeguards. These controls reduce risk but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the applicable service, security, operational, legal, or dispute-resolution purpose. Automated retention controls expire pending approvals, remove old dispatched operational records, remove expired terminal-session data, and remove expired object bytes when they are not subject to a legal hold. Retention periods can differ by record type and applicable obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to provide the service, such as with the platform through which an authorised business messaging connection is made, or where required by applicable law.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with a Velora service. Send a request to ceo@velorabureau.com with enough detail for us to identify the relevant service and record. We may need to verify the requester's authority before acting on it.
