Using Velora services
Velora Enterprise provides business, talent, and messaging workflow services. You may use a service only with authority to do so and in compliance with applicable law, platform terms, and these terms.
Authorised connections
Where a service connects to a third-party platform, including Meta WhatsApp, you must have the authority to connect the relevant business account, phone number, and data. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity performed through your authorised account.
Acceptable use
You must not use a Velora service to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, interfere with service security, or attempt to access accounts or information without permission.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. A Velora connection does not change those terms or guarantee third-party availability, approval, delivery, or account status.
